Novaland Group has chosen PMC to be operation manager for SouthTowers of Sunrise City in Tan Hung ward, district 7, HCM City.
With $500 million of total investment, Sunrise City included 12 apartment towers with 31-35 storeys and divided into 3 tower groups of NorthTowers, SouthTowers and Central Plaza.

PMC has been chosen thanks to its business profession and efficiency. Along with being elected to be building manager of Sunrise City, PMC also officially carried out asset management service in HCM City.
PMC is now managing over 118,000 m2 of office floors, 10,000 m2 of commercial centre floors, 753 high quality condominiums, constructing and transferring managing system for 5 office buildings and 1 complex zone.
